CbProAds.com is basically a ClickBank Ad-Network program.
CbProAds allows you to embed Clickbank products ads on your website. CbProAds has an advantage over adsense, in that it allows for more commissions (obviously you get more from a clickbank sale than for an adsense click). However, as we all know clickbank doesn't pay you for clicks like adsense, but only for sales.
I specially liked their wide range/types of contextual ads and how they've worked the descriptions and made them straight forward. They've rewritten the poor default Clickbank Products descriptions and cameup with better ones. You can view samples of the ads at the right sidebar of this blog (with the CbProAds.com link below them).
CbProAds.com also has another feature that I've found to be quite cool and useful for many of us. They provide you with a ClickBank Store front. With the overwhelming number of products available with clickbank for you to promote, it is really a tedious work going through all of them and trying to find your individual products to promote. With a ClickBank Storefront, you get everything well arranged and organized for you. This diminshes your marketing efforts to promote only one link instead of many individual products links. Your visitors can easily browse through your products, which are arranged according to categories in your storefront.
However this storefront feature is only available to paid members. As a free member you can only show ads on your website. You can subscribe for as low as $3 per month if you paid enough upfront. I don't like the fact that you don't earn from referrals unless you are a paid member too. I believe free members should also benefit from referrals. Another thing I've discovered by accident, which wasn't stated in their website, is that as a free member even your displayed ads are shared between your hoplink and someone else's hoplink (probably your sponsor). It is obvious that they are using baits to convert free members to paid members. Such facts should've been stated upfront in their website or in their faq page.
Despite all that, I still think that this ClickBank network program is gonna grow rapidly. You can visit CbProAds.com here and take a look yourself!

I think for the relatively small investment it’s a good deal. You are correct in that free members who sign up below you if you upgrade will show 50% of your links on their contextual ads.
Free members can have a storefront but it has a horrible banner on it and isn’t really worth having for that reason alone.
Compared to some CB portals/storefronts it’s a low cost tool which should be of interest to anyone who doesn’t have much luck with traditional PPC ads on their sites/blogs. Having said all of this, the server is currently undergoing an update leaving horrible gaps on the pages on which I’m using the ads.
