As I was browsing the blogosphere recently, I came across an interesting post by Dean entitled “Say No To PageRank, Yes To Life!“, in which he started an interesting idea, though not a new one, to increase the number of backlinks of your site and your search engine ranking at the same time.

Simply put, he introduced a list in his post that has titles and links to several other bloggers and webmasters. You as a visitor and if you are interested in joining the list, should highlight all of the names and copy them along with their source codes and publish them in a new post, after adding your own site to the list. Then you would have to email Dean at: contact@deanhunt.com and he will update the list with your site included.

Eventually your site would be mentioned in hundreds and thousands of other sites. Reminds me of the Z-List I posted about long time ago. Anyway, it can be very rewarding. Check out his post here for all of the details and how to get your link in these sites/blogs mentioned.
