Hello bubblesmd…. no way to convert it to cash. Box of dollars earnings are only used for advertising on their website.

It is the only site from the above list that is an advertising only site. Sorry for the confusion. If they would pay cash, that would’ve been another story. Still though, you can get good traffic to your sites from advertising there.

Have you heard about Xpango, it’s a site similar to the PTC but instead of getting money you get free gifts.

All you have to do is

Register (is free)
Chose your free gift (they have the best mobiles, game consoles, HDTV, etc)

My sister says clix sense is a good PTC site so I just signed up.
I just joined a PTC site 3 days ago called waoIndia that pays you 10 cents per click and I have already earned $2.50 so far. There is also a forum with proof of payments that people have sent in to show that the PTC site does pay you.

Clixsense was indeed good site but definitely not for all..

boxofdollars is an advertising ptc that pays for advertising on their site only. They do pay however, but it took us a while to figure that out!
